Ceramic platter with chalkboard center I made last night in my basement: $3.99 for platter, $8 for quart of chalkboard paint
I actually found the exact same platters at Target for $11 each, so you could duplicate the PB design exactly for $30 total (paint plus platters). I liked the more ornate one better, plus it was even cheaper.In other news, there is no news in the basement. I have had a miserable cold for two weeks; Kevin was in LA Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and got the same cold while he was there. We have both been kind of pathetic this week and probably won't start painting this weekend either. I am hoping next week will see some primer going up on those walls.
