EpiPen Training

This morning I'll do EpiPen and food allergy training for John's teachers. The EpiPen is a tricky thing because you don't want to scare a person, but you also want to make sure they understand how to do it. In a true emergency you don't want to be thinking, oh yeah, how does this go again? But I admit it can be a little intimidating.

We're having a visit with Papa today and I am going to eat McDonald's. I haven't had McDonald's since before Isaac was born and today is the day people. I can already taste the fries!
