John: Mom, do we know any scientists?
Me: Well, Ben is a scientist, he does research.
John: Does he work at a lab?
Me: Yep.
John: Do you think he has chemicals at his lab?
Me: I am pretty sure he does.
(quiet for a while)
John: Mom, next time I see Ben, do you think I could ask him to mix up his chemicals and make me a super strength flying potion?
Lucy: Mom, will Daddy still be alive when I am an adult?
Me: Yes, I think he will still be alive when you are an adult.
(quiet for a while)
Lucy: Then could I get married to Daddy?
