- Tonight on PBS: A National Geographic special, "Killer Stress." Explores the physical impact of stress on our bodies. We'll be watching. Well, we have to tape it because we are too busy to watch it when it's on. HA! You can tell what an old fart I am becoming when I say "we have to tape it." Who tapes stuff anymore?
- Today's snark: 60,000 people showed up for a Sarah Palin rally yesterday in Florida. I am still waiting to see the list of foreign heads of state Obama met before he decided to run for president.
- Sharon had her baby! Going to meet him tonight at Carle.
- John has his first Cub Scouts meeting this afternoon. I am looking forward to having that special activity for just he and I to do together. Kevin will come home early to play with Isaac and Lucy while John and I go to the meeting. It is so wonderful that he has flexibility in his job to do that, I know we are very lucky in that way. I have photos from Sunday's Cub Scout Raingutter Regatta to post, I just haven't gotten to it yet.
- This morning I had ANOTHER plugged duct from nursing!!! That makes 4 plugged ducts in 4 months. Thanks to the wonderful women at the Carle breastfeeding clinic, I knew just what to do this time.

That sounds like one heck of a meeting Palin had:

Couple more of those and the campaign might even allow reporters to ask her questions. They sure don't mind letting photographers in, though. Lots of pictures, not so much talking. Why do you think that is?
